• Location Data: We collect precise, real-time GPS location data from your device to provide live fleet mapping, routing assistance, and load tracking. This data may be collected in the background when the app is running to ensure accurate logistics coordination.
• Camera and Media Access: The App requires access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to upload Proof of Delivery (BOL) documents and to interface with assigned vehicle DVR streams.
• Security Data: Hardware and software metadata collected via Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to authenticate sessions and prevent fraud.
• Device Information: Unique OneSignal push notification identifiers linked to your profile to deliver real-time dispatch alerts and system updates.

2. Biometric Authentication (Fingerprint Login)

• How it Works: The App offers Fingerprint/Biometric login for your convenience. This feature is handled entirely by your device's native operating system.
• Data Storage: Fostah Logistics LLC never accesses, collects, or stores your biometric data on our servers. Your device's secure hardware confirms your identity locally and simply sends a success token to the App to grant access. You can disable this feature in the App settings at any time.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and authorize access to the Fostah Command portal.
• To coordinate active logistics, including assigning drivers to loads and tracking fleet movement.
• To facilitate the upload and processing of required delivery documentation.
• To send real-time operational communications and push notifications.
• To secure our infrastructure against unauthorized access or malicious activity.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with trusted service providers necessary for App functionality:

• Hosting Providers: Your operational data is stored securely on our HostGator servers and dedicated CMSV7 video servers.
• Google Cloud: For reCAPTCHA Enterprise security assessments.
• OneSignal: For the delivery and management of push notifications.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption in transit and secure hashed passwords, to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You maintain the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data.

• How to Request: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by sending an email to mike@fostahlogistics.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
• Process: Once your identity is verified, we will permanently purge your personal identifiers from our active Joomla and custom databases within 30 days.
• Exceptions: Certain operational records (such as completed load manifests and historical GPS logs tied to company assets) may be retained and anonymized for legal, tax, and compliance record-keeping.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is designed strictly for professional, authorized logistics personnel. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
